Refund policy

Due to the nature of these products and services, we do not offer any refunds or exchanges. Once you make a purchase, it is considered final. We take our commitment to delivering high-quality products and services seriously and strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. Cancellation and Fees

Rescheduling or Cancelling Your Appointment

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your session. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please do so via the link provided in your confirmation email or by emailing us directly at miraclerenata@miracleheals.net within 24 hours of your scheduled session time.

If you cancel or reschedule your session within this timeframe, we will do our best to accommodate your request and find a new session time that works for you. However, please note that failure to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your scheduled session time will result in forfeiture of your session and you will be required to book with a few of service.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter. Our goal is to provide you with the highest quality service possible, and we want to ensure that you receive the full benefits of your personalized coaching session or consultation. If you have any questions or concerns about our cancellation and rescheduling policy, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Late Cancellations/No-Shows. 

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your session, but we also value your time and ours. Therefore, if you fail to show up for your scheduled session without prior notice, you will be charged $100 for the missed session via invoice or credit card on file.

We understand that emergencies happen, and we offer a grace period of 5 minutes for clients to arrive for their scheduled session. After the grace period, the session will be considered a no-show. Once this grace period has ended and you have not logged in, the session will be immediately ended, without any exceptions. If you have to reschedule your session, please do so via the link provided in your confirmation email or by emailing us directly at miraclerenata@miracleheals.net at least 24 hours before your scheduled session time. If for any reason you have issues logging on to zoom we kindly ask that you reach out to us via email immediately so that we are still able to accommodate you for your session. 

Please note that after the second no-show, you will not be able to book another session with us. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter, and we look forward to working with you. Fees. 

Please note that fees for our courses and personalized calls vary and are subject to change without notice. We strive to provide competitive pricing and high-quality services, and we reserve the right to adjust our fees as necessary to maintain this standard.

We will do our best to inform you of any fee changes as soon as possible, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to provide advance notice. By purchasing our courses or personalized calls, you acknowledge and accept that fees may vary and are subject to change without notice.
